Share of organic producers in Russia 2020, by sector
Groats, cereals, and bakery producers occupied the largest share of the organic market in Russia as of 2020, at around 23 percent. This was closely followed by fruit, vegetables, and beverages producers, whose share in the organic market reached 22 percent.
