Factors which could inhibit M&A deal activity in Romania 2020
According to 16 percent of respondents, one of the most important factors which could inhibit M&A deal activity in the next 12 months in Romania were the substantial differences in price expectations. At the same time, 13 percent of respondents believed that macroeconomic uncertainty could also hinder the M&A sector in 2021.
