Africa: countries developing highest number of hotel rooms 2020

As of March 2020, Egypt had the largest number of planned hotel rooms. This was an investment, business and travel-oriented indicator of the country, demonstrated by over 17 thousand hotel rooms in the pipeline. Moreover, Nigeria and Ethiopia followed with approximately 7.8 thousand and 6.4 thousand hotel rooms in the pipeline, respectively
