Japan: internet usage for financial transactions by age group and gender 2022

According to a survey conducted in Japan in 2022, the share of respondents who had used the internet for financial transactions in the past year was the highest among men in their thirties, at 39.7 percent. The share of male respondents who had conducted banking, securities, or insurance transactions online was higher in most age groups.
