Global online meetings per person per day pre and post-COVID lockdown 2020, by week
One week after lockdown in 2020, employees held around three meetings per person each day. Accounting for eight weeks after the lockdown, employees held around 13 percent more meetings, with the number of people invited to meetings rising by 14 percent. At the same time, each meeting was approximately 20 percent shorter, which reduced the number of meeting hours overall.
