Belize: average share of imports & exports with Central American countries 2015-2019
Between 2015 and 2019, Belize's foreign trade with its neighboring Central American countries relied heavily on imports. For instance, this type of businesses accounted for 93.5 percent of Belize's trade with Guatemala, while exports represented the remaining 6.5 percent. Moreover, Belizean trade with Costa Rica was entirely based on imports from that country in that same five year period.
