The cost of documentary compliance for exports in the Democratic Republic of the Congo was measured at 500 U.S. dollars in 2019, the highest value in Sub-Saharan Africa. On average, documentary requirements for exports cost 172.5 U.S. dollars in the region. During the same period, the cost of documentary compliance for exports in Togo was 25 U.S. dollars.
