Colombia: number of suicides 2019, by education level
In 2019, a total of 2,643 suicides were registered in Colombia, out of which one third were people with lower secondary education. Meanwhile, less than 10 occurrences were reported for people with higher education (including undergraduate and postgraduate). That same year, men aged between 20 and 24 years concentrated the highet number of suicide cases in Colombia.
