Power production breakdown in Switzerland 2021, by source
In 2021, Switzerland derived over half of its power production from hydroelectric power plants. That year, they made up 61.4 percent of the country's electricity generation. This was followed by nuclear power, which accounted for 28.5 percent of Switzerland's power mix.
