People informing themselves about goods and services online across Europe 2020

According to the European questionnaire on Information and Communication Technologies, 70 percent of internet users in the European Union (EU-27) used the internet to inform themselves about goods and services in 2020. Norway and Denmark were among the nations in which users themselves about goods and services online most frequently, both with over 90 percent. Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom are situated well above the European average with values between 85 and 89 percent. Portugal and Poland fall short of the average with only 68 and 67 percent.
