Universities hardest to get into for free Russia 2020

The average Unified State Exam score of students who were admitted into the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and did not have to pay tuition fees amounted to 97.6 out of 100 points in 2020. The second hardest university to get into and receive a state-funded study place in Russia was the Moscow Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), where the average state-funded entry grade exceeded 96 points.
