Most popular place of purchase for smartphone contracts Japan 2020
According to a survey conducted in November 2020, close to 34 percent of the respondents in Japan answered that they used a carrier or brand shop when closing their current smartphone contract. A similarly high share of almost 32 percent used the website of the operator.
