
Plans to cancel TV services post-COVID in the U.S. 2020, by generation
A survey held in the United States in 2020 showed that Gen Z consumers were the most likely to cancel their on-demand TV services after the COVID-19 pandemic, with 52 percent saying that they planned to do so. The same percentage said the same about their live streaming television services, whereas just 40 percent planned to cancel their sports TV packages.
