
Leading online channels to buy cosmetic and skincare products in China 2020
According to a survey conducted in August 2020 on beauty and skincare market in China, online marketplaces, such as Tmall and Taobao, were the most frequently used online channel when buying cosmetic products, with over 58 percent of the respondents stated so. Brand official website and cross-border e-commerce platform were another two popular online sources among Chinese consumers.
