Office properties absorption forecast in Moscow 2021-2023
In 2022, the absorption of the office market in Moscow was expected to decrease compared to the previous year. The difference between the volume of occupied office properties at the beginning and at the end of 2022 was projected to reach 115 thousand square meters. In the following year, the figure was forecast to increase, exceeding its 2021 value.
