Global paperboard and packaging paper export volume 2021, by country
Germany was the leading exporter of packaging paper and paperboard in 2021, exporting nearly 8.7 million metric tons worth. This was followed by the United States, which exported approximately 8.3 million metric tons. That same year, Germany was also the second largest importer of packaging paper and paperboard worldwide.
