Oil demand in Venezuela 2010-2021, by main product
In 2021, oil demand in Venezuela amounted to 232 thousand barrels per day, a growth of roughly 23 percent in comparison to a year earlier. Gasoline and residuals made up the largest share of the country's demand that year, each with around 65 thousand barrels per day. The demand for distillates stood at 43 thousand daily barrels.
