Share of Nigeria's creative industry to GDP 2022
In 2022, motion picture and music recording accounted for roughly 1.1 percent of Nigeria's GDP. However, despite the notable contribution of the movie and music industry to the country's GDP, telecommunications and information services held 13.6 percent of the country's GDP, representing the most valuable sector in the creative, information, and communication industry.
