The number of follow-on public offerings (FPOs) in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) rose from 2019 to 2021. FPO volume in the EMEA region grew from 751 in 2019 to 1,029 in 2021. However, the number of FPOs decreased significantly in 2022, with 630 offerings recorded.
