The value of proceeds of follow-on public offerings (FPOs) in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) rose from 2019 to 2021.The value of FPO proceeds in the EMEA regions grew from approximately 99 billion U.S. dollars in 2019 to approximately 184 billion U.S. dollars in 2021. In 2022, FPO proceeds decreased significantly and amounted to a total value of 87 billion U.S. dollars.
