Colombia: user satisfaction of delivery apps 2020
Of the delivery apps included in a 2020 survey conducted in Colombia, the grocery delivery platform Merqueo was the one with the highest level of satisfaction among its users, with a rate of 88 percent. Brazilian platform iFood came in second place, with 87 percent of users claiming to be satisfied. Meanwhile, Colombian-born app Rappi ranked fifth, meeting the expectations of 80 percent of surveyed users.
