Parliamentary election results in Armenia in June 2021

The party Civil Contract received 53,92 percent of votes in the early parliamentary election in Armenia held on June 20, 2021. Civil Contract was led by the acting prime minister Nikol Pashinyan, who has been the country's prime minister since 2018 but has resigned in April 2021 under pressure from military officials after the ceasefire agreement with Azerbaijan, in accordance with which Armenia had to return occupied territories to Azerbaijan. The second leading party in the election was Armenia Alliance, led by Robert Kocharyan, who was a president of the country between 1998 and 2008. In the poll conducted ahead of the election, Civil Contract received a slightly higher share of planned votes than Armenia Alliance.
