In 2021, 24 percent of respondents from the United States indicate they measure cloud value by assessing whether innovation and delivery of new products and services is faster. Further, 20 percent of respondents focus on the improvement of operational resilience, safety, and soundness. The fact that respondents measure the value of cloud by a number of different categories hints at the notion that there is not a dominant definition of value in this regard.
