EU: internet users skills 2022
In 2022, the Netherlands was the European Union member state with the highest score on the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) for internet users with above basic digital skills and ranked second for internet users with at least basic digital skills. Finland ranked first for at least basic digital skills, with a score of 39.6. Romania, Bulgaria, and Poland ranked last based on their internet users with at least basic digital skills.
