India: daily earnings reported by drivers by type 2019

In 2019, research carried out on the platform economy in India suggested that platform drivers had significantly higher earnings than non-platform drivers. While more than 40 percent of platform drivers reported earning more than 1,000 Indian rupees per day, non-platform drivers were usually able to earn only up to 1,000 rupees daily.
