Period of self-storage usage by customers in the UK 2021, by customer type
According to a survey among self-storage customers in the United Kingdom (UK), domestic customers generally used the service for shorter periods compared to business customers in 2021. Approximately 50 percent of business customers used self-storage for more than 24 months, while only 18 percent of domestic customers did so.
