Data usage among B2B e-commerce companies in Scandinavia 2021
In 2021, less than one in five B2B e-commerce companies collected and analysed data regularly in Scandinavia, a survey revealed. The anaysis of data was an essential step preceeding strategic decisions for 16 percent of surveyed companies. However, 34 percent of B2B e-commerce companies taking part in the survey did not make active use of user data.
