Prevailing feelings towards one's job after COVID-19 in Italy 2021

The COVID-19 pandemic that first hit Italy in late February 2020 had a massive impact on life in the country. The measures adopted by the Italian government to control the contagion pushed many businesses to stop or radically scale down their activities. According to a survey conducted in April 2021, the prevailing feeling towards their job among Italian workers was worry. During the previous year, in fact, many of them lived in fear of losing their position. This might also be the reason why another 20 percent of the respondents declared to feel tired. However, the previous 12 months were not so bad for some Italians: satisfaction was still the dominant feeling in one out of five respondents.
