South Korea: user satisfaction with e-government services 2022

According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, around 55 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with e-government services provided by the South Korean government. Overall, nearly 98 percent of respondents were either very satisfied, satisfied, or somewhat satisfied with the service, indicating a very high level of satisfaction with online government services in South Korea.
