Reasons for dissatisfaction with e-government services South Korea 2022
According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, about 60 percent of respondents said they were dissatisfied with e-government services of the South Korean government because the service could not be used at the desired time and place. However, the overall picture showed that the vast majority of people were satisfied with the government's online service.
