The gross box office of films released on Premium Large Format screens, such as 3D, IMAX, and 4DX, reached over 5.3 billion Russian rubles in 2021, having tripled compared to the previous year. However, the earnings were still below the pre-pandemic level. The overall gross box office revenue in the country amounted to nearly 41 billion Russian rubles in 2021.
