Roughly 42 percent of employees in the United States and United Kingdom between the ages of 16 and 24 have made cyber security mistakes their company will never know about, according to a survey conducted in 2021. It was found that the chances of employees making mistakes and letting them go unreported decreased with age, with only 8 percent of those aged 55 years and above claiming to have done so.
