Trade balance of secondary processed wood products in Africa 2011-2020, by type
Between 2011 and 2020, secondary processed wood products in Africa attained a negative trade balance of around 20.4 billion U.S. dollars. Of this, wooden furniture registered the highest deficit, at roughly 15.9 billion U.S. dollars, followed by cane and bamboo at around minus 2.4 billion U.S. dollars. Furthermore, the export and import of builder woodwork attained a negative approximate sum of two billion U.S. dollars.
