During a survey conducted in the U.S. in 2022, 67 percent of respondents aged 18 to 34 stated that they thought student athletes should be allowed to profit from brand deals and endorsements. Meanwhile, 26 percent of respondents aged 45 to 64 thought this should not be allowed.
