In 2019, a survey on herbal product preference and awareness in Thailand found that the majority of consumers have used herb-infused products, amounting to around 89.1 percent of respondents. Herbs had been widely used in traditional Thai medical practices as well as an ingredient for many types of consumer goods in Thailand.
