Spanish traditional postal sector's volumes 2013-2020
In 2020, the traditional postal sector in Spain handled just over 1.8 billion letters, considerably less than in 2013, when it saw postal volumes of roughly 3.8 billion postal items. The downward trend is directly related to the ongoing digitalization of communication, to the detriment of traditional postal communications.
