In March 2021, nearly 88 percent of respondents surveyed in the U.S. mentioned that they wanted to continue using telehealth services for non-urgent consultations after COVID-19 has passed. This represents a change of attitudes regarding telehealth in the U.S. as approximately 66 percent of respondents in March 2020 said that they were hesitant or doubtful about the quality of telemedicine.
