According to a survey conducted in June 2021 in Vietnam, physical stores had the highest daily and weekly usage for shopping among Vietnamese consumers in the last 12 months, as stated by 68 percent of the respondents. Meanwhile, 61 percent of them shopped online via mobile phones or smartphones in the same period.
