Egyptian students in tertiary education abroad in Latin America & Caribbean 2000-2018
The number of Egyptian students at the tertiary level studying abroad was estimated at 38,667 in 2018. Of those, 72 students were registered in education institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean, which represented a drop of three students compared to 2017. Since 2000, the number of internationally outbound Egyptian students in Latin America and the Caribbean has been generally increasing.
