According to a survey conducted in 2020 in Hong Kong, 89 percent of respondents were aware of telemedicine services due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and 75 percent showed great interest in appointment booking, virtual queueing and payment. Around 69 percent of respondents were interested in medicine delivery services for prescribed medicine.
