COVID-19: opinions on resuming business travel worldwide 2021

According to a March 2021 study, virtual meetings and sales calls with clients could be more common in the business travel market after the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Nearly one-third of the survey sample believed that virtual internal staff meetings could increase by more than 50 percent over 2019. Meanwhile, roughly four in ten respondents expected virtual sales calls with prospective clients to rise up to 50 percent over pre-pandemic levels.
