According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2024 in the Philippines, 65 percent of respondents said they subscribed to multiple streaming service providers because the shows they were interested in were spread across various providers. In contrast, 15 percent of respondents said they had multiple subscriptions because it was trendy.
