According to a September 2020 study, 22 percent of surveyed British consumers with a household income of up to 50 thousand British pounds were willing to wait in a queue for up to three minutes for service or entry at travel agencies in the United Kingdom. Only five percent of the survey sample within the same household income were inclined to wait between 16 and 20 minutes. Meanwhile, respondents with a household income of above 100 thousand British pounds claimed to be willing to wait between eight and 10 minutes.
