Most valued aspect of working in the office in the U.S. 2021

Since the beginning of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, office jobs have adjusted to more flexible working models. Working from home has turned into the norm for many, but office spaces remain popular. According to a survey among 1,000 office employees conducted in the United States in 2021, going to an office space has many benefits. Approximately half of respondents said that the ability to focus on their work was the most valued aspect of working in an office. Collaboration came second with 43 percent. The same survey found that more than one third of respondents wanted to work from an office five days a week.
