Share of salaried employees, employers, and self-employed in Algeria 2020
Dependent employment was the most common form of employment in Algeria as of 2020. That year, salaried employees accounted for 69 percent of all workers. Employers made up four percent, while self-employed individuals represented 27 percent of the working population.
