Opinions on business travel firm prospects worldwide 2021

A survey conducted by the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) asked travel suppliers and members of Travel Management Companies (TMCs) for their opinions on the financial prospects of business travel firms. Between July and September 2021, the share of respondents with pessimistic or very pessimistic forecasts rose from 16 percent to 28 percent. In contrast, survey participants with an optimistic or very optimistic outlook declined from 57 percent to 38 percent over the same period.
