As the Florida's single-family home market continues booming, the median number of days between a home listing and closing date has shortened. In the third quarter of 2022, selling a single family home took 57 days. The median number of days single-family homes in Florida spend on the market has generally declined with slight fluctuation since 2018. With demand and house prices growing, so does the dollar value of single family homes sales.
