Median sales price growth of existing single family homes in California counties 2022
Between March 2021 and March 2022, the median sales price of an existing single family home in Santa Cruz, California saw an increase of over 45 percent, compared to the 13 percent increase in the state of California. Five counties saw prices fall during this period. In Lassen, the median sales price of single family homes decreased by approximately four percent. In the past year and a half, the housing market in California has been booming, with listings disappearing within less than two weeks.
