Natural gas supply breakdown in Great Britain by source 2021
Great Britain sources most of its natural gas from the United Kingdom Continental Shelf. In 2021, some 38 percent of all natural gas supplied within Great Britain originated from domestic production. Norway was the largest foreign contributor to gas supply on the island, with 41.1 percent of all natural gas derived via pipeline imports from Norwegian waters.
