In the United States, a third of Amazon shoppers stated they valued the rapid response to complaints or order issues. Meanwhile, 21 percent of respondents said they appreciated a streamlined checkout process. The advantages of the subscription to the Amazon platform were much less relevant, as only two percent of those surveyed considered them convenient.
